Izabela Moi has been a journalist for more than 2 decades. She has been a fellow at programs at Fundacion Gabo (social journalism), Bellagio Residence/Rockefeller Foundation (innovation in citizen journalism), Poynter Institute (non-profit news exchange) and JSK/Stanford University (leadership, entrepreneurship and innovation). She is cofounder and the executive director of Agencia Mural since 2010, a non-profit local news organization that covers exclusively the underprivileged (and underreported) areas of the 39 cities that makes up for Grande São Paulo, the largest urban agglomeration in South America.
